One of the most exciting features of our online community is the fact that we come fromall over the globe. Join us as we spend the next two weeks finding each other on the map and talking about the places where we live, go to school and have fun every day. We'll try to discover how people shape their landscapes and are shaped by them.

What animals and plants are native in our region?


There are many native animals in our region.

There are some birds.


They are canary, green parrot, pigeon, orange-wise, purple "rolinha", kisses-flower-of-crop-white,''quero-quero'',''bem-te-vi'',woodpecker,john-of -clay ,falcon,cardinal,hawk.


There are some mammls.


Capybara,deer,armadillo,''bugio'',''lontra'',hare,opossum,rabbit.


There are some reptiles.


Snake,turtle,"lagarto" ,grenadier,rattle snake.
